Everything was great, I loved my stay.

The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a nice area, just next door to the coastline and downtown and many restaurants and shops. I had a very relaxing stay in a long time.

I loved this hotel : very good location and people. I was here for 1 night and ate at in-house restaurant for dinner.

The bathroom I had was shabby.

Liked the place, had a very enjoyable stay for a short business trip. The restaurant was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We were given room that definetly needed to be cleaned.

We really enjoyed this hotel, it was tasteful and clean. The staff were courteous, pleasant. Our double room included a laptop safe, an iron and an electronic key card. The breakfast was delicious and local with plenty of options.

For a 3 star hotel everything was wonderful, I appreciated to be here. There was variety of delicious meals.

The weather was glorious, had very positive stay. Met at the reception by sweet and flexible.

My stay was amazing, I loved that it was clean throughout, with good views and unbeatable lovation adjacent to many restaurants and shops, shops, ferries to Tobago. Exceptional and consistently courteous staff as one would expect. The food was outstanding and served in the restaurant.

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

The hotel was convenient, the bed was very comfy. Excellent service with excellent cooking.

The accommodation was stunningly beautiful, pool was very clean, beds were good.

Came here for 1 night stay, had a very nice experience. Choose a double room with a great view. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Port of Spain.

Some of the staff were not very friendly.

Beautiful place with lovely views of marina. Obliging stuff made our stay so comfortable. They served cereals, eggs, toast, fresh fruit and hot waffles for breakfast. The airport was 30 km away from here, historic location. Friendly check in and courteous service.

Stayed in the room that definetly needed to be cleaned.

The hotel was fairly clean and staff were amiable, everything was perfect. I loved that the room was well-organised with a great view.

It was spotless, breakfast was warm. Very central location with stunningly beautiful views. The pool had a hot tub and a jacuzzi too.

The area was not so great.

It was really fairly clean and courteous hotel, would recommend. An average fast food restaurant was open on site. The personnel was willing to help and seemed to be condescending!

Didn't like the area, it was unwelcoming.

Room was nicely furnished, and breakfast is outstanding. Particularly good view, a little balcony, soft bed, too. The staff was so genuine and provided nice service. Efficient check-out too. Cool location to explore Port of Spain. Great restaurant walking distance to the hotel.

I loved this such lovely hotel. Venue was quite clean. Delicious dishes were served at the roof top restaurant. Outstanding service throughout my stay. It was a really really nice experience.

Convenient, convenient hotel room, complementary breakfast. Quiet beds and high-speed internet, flat-screen television and gas powered fireplace. All the staff was willing to help. Location was pleasant, 19 miles to Piarco airport, perfectly reachable. Pool was covered and there were a whirlpool and a hot tub.

Very well mannered staff, extraordinary rooms and fantastic views. I booked a room with a great bed, WiFi, flat-screen TV and armchairs. Easy check in & the service was good.

Modern decoration of the rooms, ideal location, proactive staff. There was a REVOLVING restaurant, a market and a shopping area next door. The breakfast spread was local, there were variety of awesome options. Helpful service during my really comfortable stay.

Restaurant staff very appreciated. Really loved the buffet breakfast. In addition, parking was on site and it was very convenient.

Perfect bed and climate control, flat-screen TV and a writing desk in the room. The place is 0.1 miles away from Port of Spain downtown. The accommodation included made to order breakfast. Moreover, there was free Wi Fi available.

If you wish to see brian lara promenade - stay here, it's just 10 minutes walk. Just walking distance from Mangoes, where you can have lunch. Room met every demand.

the hotel was located a short walk to woodford square and other tourist attractions. we loved the property. having access to the pool was great. the location was not far from everything we wanted to do.
